I have the right to deny any commission for any reason, including, but not limited to; the design is too complex, the request makes me uncomfortable, the proper reference material is not provided, or I feel as if I would not be able to draw it.

Payment must be upfront. Partial payment can be negotiated but will not always be accepted. Additional fees will be decided depending upon the complexity of designs (patterns, lace, etc.), items (weapons, toys, etc.), or background. You will not receive the finished commission until I have received full payment.

I retain complete ownership and rights to my work, even after transaction. I have the right to post and use the commissioned piece in portfolios, as it is my artwork. If you do not want me to post your commission on my accounts, please let me know beforehand, I will uphold the request.
You may not claim or trace my artwork for any reason. As long as I am credited (and my watermark is visible on the artwork), posting online, editing with filters, and cropping to use as icons or banners online is allowed.Commercial Use
You may not sell or use my artwork for any monetary or commercial reasons. I do not do commissions for commercial use at this time, please do not ask.
My artwork under no circumstances is allowed to be used for NFTs. I will not accept commissions for creating NFTs, and I will not work with or accept commissions from anyone who supports NFTs.
Regardless of intent of use, under no circumstances will I allow or ever consent to my artwork being used for AI purposes, commercial or personal use.

Required Materials
- Commissioner Name
Include your name/what I should refer to you as, as well as any accounts I can contact you through. The commissioner's paypal account/email address must be included for payment via invoice.
- Detailed Description
Please include a detailed description of the content you would like in your commission, including but not limited to; characters, poses, background, aesthetic, etc. You can find examples and corresponding prices of what I offer on the commissions page.
(ie. portrait/halfbody/fullbody and lineart/color/render)
- Character Reference
Please include a clear character reference image. Please also include references like color palette, patterns, and any other parts of the character with complex detail. Please also include a description of the characters' personality and any other important information regarding them. I will not accept only a written reference of character appearance.
- Other Reference Images
Please include any image references for outfit, posing, and background, I find it easier to understand with visual examples. Please do not give me anything from an artist who does not approve of having their work used as reference material.Contact
